Organization Structure

The World Country Dance Federation is structured to further the art form and sport of country dance at all levels (social, competitive and professional), through a variety of styles and music.

Organization Chart



Boards Members: Teams of experienced members discussing future developments within the WorldCDF, within their area of responsibility, and preparing well-balanced proposals for discussion and voting during Global WorldCDF meetings. A maximum of 5 members per board with one board leader.
Management Team: Daily management of the WorldCDF organization, ensuring continuous improvement and development of the organization. A team of 3 members.
Founding Members: The owners of the WorldCDF organization. Together with the Management Team and supported with advise of Event Directors and Member representation responsible for final decision making on proposals set-up by the boards.
